A complete artist, guitarist-singer, author, composer and rapper, CHECLER is first and foremost passionate about stories and words.

Originally from Aix-en-Provence and now based in Paris, his songs strike a chord with their accuracy.

Songs in which everyone can find a part of themselves, sometimes revealing it, often clarifying it.

After ‘Le mélange’, released at the end of 2022, his first eclectic album produced by the BMG label – mixing rap rock and pop and a finalist for the Prix Gorges Moustaki – CHECLER, now independent, rediscovers a new creative freedom and immerses us in French chanson with bold but sincere lyrics and a confident acoustic and organic musical direction.

The lyrics are dense and meaningful, close to the introspective hip-hop scene he loves (Népal, Orelsan, Tuerie).

And, of course, there are always a few surprises, which only he knows how to deliver.

Imbued with melancholy, his new project ‘Ces gens qui aiment’ (released in autumn 2025) evokes human relationships and speaks of love in the broadest sense.

It's a theme that has certainly been overused, but CHECLER strives to sing about it without clichés, in all its complexity.
