We are beekeepers and honey harvesters with a honey processing workshop on the Sainte-Croix Plateau. We produce lavender and wildflower honey using traditional methods!
Robin, a beekeeper and confectioner, also makes honey-filled chocolates, nougat, gingerbread, sweets and honey spreads.
