The weekly market

  • When ? Friday mornings, all year round.
  • Where ? Rue du Seigneur Berthet de la Clue and rue de la Bourgade, in the village.
  • What ? Fresh produce: olives, goat’s cheeses, aromatic herbs, bread, fruit and vegetables, artisanal oils and biscuits.
  • Why go there? This traditional market invites you to unearth local treasures and take a little bit of Provence home with you: crafts, local earthenware and Verdon products.

Savoury markets in the Southern Alps and artisans without shop windows

  • When ? Tuesdays, all summer long (between 7 July and 25 August) and Sundays 19 April, 10 May, 7 and 21 June, 6 and 13 September. From 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Where ? Rue du Seigneur Berthet de la Clue and rue de la Bourgade, in the village.
  • What ? Direct sales of jams, olive oil, honey, bread and meat, as well as a wide range of craft products such as jewellery, ceramics, baskets, etc.
  • Why go there? This craft market is the perfect opportunity to discover the wealth of local produce and craftsmanship. Between the colourful stalls, you’ll find gourmet products, craftsmen’s creations and specialities from the Verdon to slip into your luggage to prolong the magic of Provence at home.

Farmers’ markets

In partnership with the Parc du Verdon, the Bienvenue à la Ferme network and the Alpes de Haute Provence Chamber of Agriculture, the Verdon farmers invite you to come and discover their produce.

  • When ? Every Sunday, from July 5 to August 30 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Two festive dates to come later.
  • Where ? In the Maïre car park (at the foot of the village), opposite the sports stadium.
  • What ? Goat’s cheese, fruit and vegetables, aromatic herbs, honey…
  • Why go there? It’s a time to share with local producers, a festive occasion to discover local products.

The night markets

  • When ? Every Wednesday from July 1 to August 26, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Where ? Rue du Seigneur Berthet de la Clue and rue de la Bourgade, in the village.
  • What ? Craftspeople, designers, food stalls, demonstrations, entertainment and a festive atmosphere.
