Detailed description
Set in the heart of the remarkable Verdon Regional Nature Park, the two routes straddle the Var and Alpes de Haute Provence departments, both of which are major centres for outdoor sports and swimruns in particular.
The courses will pass through all the communes bordering the Lac de Sainte-Croix, with six communes involved:
Les Salles-sur-Verdon
Moustiers-Sainte-Marie,
La Palud-sur-Verdon,
Aiguines,
Bauduen and
Sainte-Croix-du-Verdon.
