René Mannent invites us to discover on sumptuous images and
true: the Gorges du Verdon and the Valensole plateau.
Over the images of this one-hour documentary, we will meet the inhabitants of this exceptional territory:
pickers of ultra-blue lavender in Riez,
or creation of the famous earthenware of Moustiers-Ste-Marie.
We will also descend to the bottom of the Verdon gorges to see the Styx or follow the Blanc-Martel path with the Mescla passage and the 252-step staircase of the Imbert breach.
Finally, we will follow the fabulous vultures that soar with the ascendants.
With autumn, transhumance sheep still pass through the gorges today for amazing images.
René Mannent took 2 years to make this film in all seasons.
