Detailed description
It's a day of sporting activities for all ages and abilities, not forgetting a lively musical promenade through the heart of the village.
The RELAIS DE LA FLAMME will pass through the village centre between 9am and 9.20am: the exact route will be announced soon!
IMPORTANT: NO TRAFFIC OR PARKING IN THE CENTRE BETWEEN 8AM AND 10AM.
TO PARK BEFORE 8AM: MAÏRE CAR PARK AND SPORTS STADIUM OPEN AT THE FOOT OF THE VILLAGE AND FREE OF CHARGE.
ALLOW 15 MINUTES ON FOOT TO GET TO THE VILLAGE CENTRE.
FROM 10AM TRAFFIC AND ALL CAR PARKS IN THE VILLAGE WILL REOPEN.
Activities on this day from 10am to 5pm:
- Place de l'Eglise: SKATE BOARD demo, initiation and contest with ALOHA SKATE CLUB from Sisteron

- Place Pomey: Olympic-themed make-up stand, creative workshops and balloon sculptures (make your own Olympic torch!) with PATRICK'ATRAK from Le Chaffaut-St-Jurson
- Rue Seigneur Berthet de la Clue: around twenty wooden games (strategy, skill or luck!) with JEUX d'AZUR from Carcès
- Esplanade in front of the primary school: martial arts demonstrations and introductions with Kung Fu Shaolin, Vovinam, Budo, Cardio Fight, Karate and Taekwondo with BUDO 04 from Riez, TEMPLE SHAOLIN from Peyrolles and FORCALQUIER TAEKWONDO CLUB.
- Jardin des Oliviers (under the Chemin de Tréguier): demo, archery initiation, arrow handling with LES ARCHERS DE ST GEORGES from Saint-Jurs
- Place de l'Ancien Presbytère :
--> At 10am and 2pm: gentle gymnastics for all ages with members of the Association GYMNASTIQUE de MOUSTIERS,
--> At 11am and 3pm: Nordic walking with the Association GYMNASTIQUE DE MOUSTIERS. Registration open at the Tourist Office.
--> Break dance, hip hop, contemporary dance, initiation and show with STREETSMILE ENTERTAINMENT straight from Paris!
- 2.30pm - 2.40pm: Show (Place de l'Église)
- 2.50pm - 3.50pm: Initiations open to all (Place du Presbytère)
- 4 - 4.10pm: Show (Place de l'Église)
- 4.20pm - 5.20pm: Initiations open to all (Place du Presbytère)
- 5.30pm - 5.40pm: final show, closing the day (Place de l'Église)
--> 2 guided hikes with the Association RANDO EVASION VERDON DE MOUSTIERS :
At 10am: Tréquier botanical trail (distance 5 km - 135 m positive - duration: 2h30)
Noon: packed lunch for those who wish to eat with the participants and leaders of the association.
At 2pm: walk on the Claux circuit (distance 2.7 km - 145m positive - duration: 2 hrs).
The choice is yours! Either hike all day (for the 2 hikes), or in the morning with Tréquier, or in the afternoon with Les Claux.
Tip: bring good walking shoes, plenty of water and protection from the sun (or rain).

From 7.30pm, the Comité des Fêtes will be offering a refreshment bar and sound system in the Place de l'Eglise!
