What an original idea to make beer from the land of bees and lavender, yet that is precisely what Raphaël Scipion has taken delight in doing by creating a subtle blend of brewing barley, honey and aromatic herbs that he grows on his farm on the plateau overlooking Moustiers.
The Scipion family not only produces beer, but also Provençal lavender honey and honey lemonade.
What the family wishes for most of all is to continue producing their beer; but rather than focusing on quantity, they concentrate solely on quality resulting in an outstanding home-made beer born out of respect for the environment.
