Detailed description

I'm Mikaël Trocherie, Artisan Coutelier Créateur, graduated from Thiers in 1996.
Passionate about Le Verdon and cutlery, I create and manufacture knives with original themes, including :
-The Couteau Régional du Verdon* "Le Verdon *".
-The Regional Knife of Moustiers Sainte Marie* "Le Blacas *".
-Le Couteau Régional du plateau de Valensole* " La Lavandine *"
*Model and brand registered with the I.N.P.I.
Blades are made of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, Bonpertuis XC75 carbon steel, damascus stainless steel or damascus carbon steel.
Handles are made of Provencal or exotic wood, animal or synthetic materials.
I sell my knives in my workshop, at fairs and markets, and in various retail outlets. The full list is available on my website:
I'm present at local fairs and markets from April 1 to October 31, including Friday mornings in Moustiers-Sainte-Marie (04360), and Wednesday and Saturday mornings in Riez (04500). You'll find the full list on my website:
You can discover my work at my workshop, Verdon Coutellerie, in the commune of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, at the Vincel farm on the Vénascle plateau, or on my website, as well as at various points of sale.
I offer to sharpen your pocket, kitchen and table knives, as well as pruning shears, axes, etc., at fairs and markets and in my workshop.
